Southwestern Grocery Store Chain	Advisor to Company and Shareholders	Texas	Retained to assist this $160 million grocery operation in operational improvements, business strategy and debt restructuring.
National Banking Institution	Financial Advisor / Forensic Accountant	San Francisco, CA	Advisor to lender to a multi auto dealership operation. Evaluated collateral, cash flows and borrowing base. Reviewed books and records for personal and non-business related expenses.
Wireless Phone Retailer	Advisor to Company and Board of Directors	Scottsdale, AZ	Business advisor to the second largest retailer of wireless phones in the U.S. Advised the shareholders and management of this $350 million retailer on the sale of its Sam’s Club business to RadioShack and on the sale of other assets to pay creditors pursuant to an out of court restructuring plan. Advised management on the restructuring of the remaining business operations and assisted with the creditor settlement process.
