Lisa brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, finance, and professional services. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she offers a thoughtful, people-centered leadership approach shaped by years of helping organizations evolve, adapt, and enhance their internal culture.
Her background includes strategic leadership, employee relations, full employee lifecycle management, HR analytics, compliance, team development, and HR systems optimization, all of which will support MCA’s continued growth.
