Since joining MCA, Paul has contributed to engagements requiring thoughtful analysis, detailed financial review, and practical recommendations for clients navigating challenging business conditions. His promotion reflects his continued growth as a trusted advisor, his ability to evaluate complex financial information, and his commitment to helping clients move forward with greater confidence.
Paul’s work at MCA has supported turnaround and restructuring, M&A, capital raising, assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABCs), and receivership matters across a range of industries, including retail and consumer products, healthcare, gaming, restaurants and hospitality, military and defense, and the non-profit sector. His engagement experience includes assignments involving a specialty outdoor retailer, federally qualified health centers and community health centers, restaurant and hotel ownership and operations, and racing and gaming operators. These matters reflect the breadth of MCA’s advisory work and Paul’s ability to bring structure, diligence, and financial perspective to varied client situations.
