    • Full-time financial consultant position at a national boutique consulting firm, specializing in turnaround and restructuring, business valuation, capital formation and refinancing, litigation support & expert testimony, M&A, and real estate receivership services
    • Project Management and leadership, client management and strategy development, and interface with stakeholders and industry professionals
    • Exposure to vast range of industries, projects, and professionals
    • Relationship and business development
    • Travel required


    • Financial statement and operational analysis, including customer and product profitability assessment, cash flow analysis and projections, damage analysis, and data analysis and compilation to support project teams
    • Valuation analysis and financial modeling utilizing DCF, comparable company data, and the cost approach, among others
    • Perform due diligence, research, and analysis of transactions
    • Support M&A projects including negotiations of sale and purchase agreements
    • Prepare management presentations, confidential information memorandums, and other presentation material
    • Presentation of findings and conclusions; moderate discussion among clients and stakeholders
    • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients and industry professionals to expand practice


    • MBA and CPA preferred
    • 8 - 10 years of operational and financial restructuring experience, accounting, or financial experience at a major accounting or restructuring firm
    • Proficiency in Excel and advanced skills in financial modeling, research, and financial analysis, including quantitative and analytical competence
    • Precision, follow-through, a drive to exceed expectations, tackle challenes, create solutions to complex problems, and yield positive change
    • Effectively work both independently and collaboratively; team leader
    • Strong organizational skills, including efficiency in tracking overlapping tasks and assignments, and meeting deadlines within a framework of continually evolving demands, priorities, and deadlines
    • Superior interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
    • Experience with and interest in business development
