About Andres
Andres Medina is the Office Manager and a Paraprofessional for MCA Financial Group.
As Office Manager, Andres oversees the firm’s daily administrative and business operations, helping ensure the organization operates smoothly and efficiently. He manages the firm’s billing process, Clio administration, vendor relationships, technology coordination, and office operations, while supporting employee onboarding and new hire setup. He works closely with leadership and team members to improve internal processes, coordinate firm initiatives, and provide operational support for client engagements.
Andres initially joined MCA Financial Group as a summer intern in 2014. He rejoined the firm as a part-time Client Services Intern in 2016, where he assisted with client engagements through research, data analysis, inventory projects, and financial modeling. After gaining additional experience in customer service and operations, he returned to MCA in 2021 as a full-time member of the team, serving as Office Manager and Paraprofessional. Over time, his responsibilities have evolved to focus on the firm’s day-to-day operations while supporting client engagements as needed.
In his free time, Andres enjoys traveling, football, and building and working on computers.
