At MCA Financial Group, interns are integrated into project teams and contribute to meaningful work across financial consulting, business advisory, turnaround, restructuring, and valuation engagements. Through hands-on experience and direct mentorship from senior professionals, interns gain practical insight into the advisory profession and learn how to solve complex business challenges all while building a foundation for long-term career success.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
10-Week Summer Internship
Interns work alongside professionals at every level of the firm, from Associates to Senior Managing Directors, supporting client engagements, conducting research and analysis, and developing practical consulting skills in a collaborative environment.
Interns will have the opportunity to:

Conduct industry, market, and company research

Support financial analysis and modeling initiatives

Assist with client deliverables and engagement-related projects

Analyze business and operational data

Participate in team meetings and project discussions

Present research findings and project work to firm leadership

Engage with professionals across the organization through mentorship and networking opportunities

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We seek highly motivated students who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. Candidates pursuing degrees in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
