INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE AT MCA FINANICAL GROUP
Our 8-week paid internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities for students enrolled in advanced financial studies at colleges and universities. Ethan and Andrew are paired with experienced MCA Financial Group Associates who serve as mentors throughout their 8-week journey. They engage in in-depth research, data collection, and analysis, gaining proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Each week, they attend internal meetings, contribute to problem-solving sessions, and present their findings to the team—a testament to their evolving skills and confidence.

OUR 2024 SUMMER ‘RISING STARS’
Andrew Kort
Vanderbilt University – Rising Senior
Andrew hails from Vanderbilt University, where he’s studying Business with a minor in Economics. His internship journey includes roles in Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, and Fleet & Commercial Vehicle Sales teams, showcasing his versatility and analytical prowess. Andrew’s experience reflects his ambition to excel in the financial sector, setting him apart as a future leader in business strategy and innovation. Ethan Rappaport
Tulane University – Rising Senior
Ethan joins us from Tulane University, where he’s pursuing a Finance major as a rising senior. His passion for animal welfare led him to found SAVE-FL, a non-profit that supports companion animal owners in need of critical veterinary care. At Tulane’s National Primate Research Center, Ethan serves as a research assistant and extends his compassion as a veterinary assistant. Ethan’s diverse background underscores his commitment to service and his drive to make a meaningful impact.
