ABOUT CHRIS
Chris Tolle is a Senior Managing Director with MCA Financial Group. He is a strategically and operationally focused finance executive with 25+ years of industry experience. Chris has navigated companies with revenue from $300 million to $800 million through ERP and systems conversions, staff reductions, and cost optimization measures, and is a practitioner who always remains focused on improving EBITDA and cash flow, timely reporting, and producing accurate data for sound decision making. Chris diligently drives organizations toward positive outcomes, employing his strong general management skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in leading administrative teams.
Chris’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, real estate, communications, restaurant, retail, and other service industries. Chris is highly skilled in forecasting, data room management, investor presentations, and due diligence requests.
Prior to joining MCA Financial Group, Chris served as the CFO of Wave Electronics, a private-equity owned national distributor of consumer and home electronics products, where he oversaw all facets of accounting operations and financial systems. Prior to Wave Electronics, Chris served as the VP of Finance for Crawford Electric supply, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonepar.
Chris holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Chris and his family enjoying travel and outdoor adventures. He is a past President of the Notre Dame Club of Houston and continues to be involved in the community service projects through the Club. He is an advocate for providing quality education to lower income families in Houston through the work of Cristo Rey Jesuit.
