Position

Full-time Director role specializing in Turnaround and Restructuring, Business Valuation, Capital Formation and Refinancing, Litigation Support & Expert Testimony, M&A, and Real Estate Receivership Services.
- Lead financial and operational analysis, including customer and product profitability assessment, cash flow analysis, projections, and data compilation.
- Work independently and collaboratively with MCA team members, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Occasional travel required.
- Exposure to a diverse range of industries and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A negotiations and develop detailed financial forecasts.
- Prepare and review management presentations and confidential information memorandums.
- Perform and guide valuation analysis utilizing DCF, comparable company data, and cost approaches.
- Develop financial models for valuations, damage analysis, and forecasting.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of transactions.
- Present findings and facilitate discussions among clients and stakeholders.
- Nurture and expand client relationships to grow the practice.
Professional Growth
- Mentor and work alongside accomplished senior managers.
- Gain industry knowledge through diverse consulting engagements.
- Build a professional network and gain industry recognition.
Qualifications
- CPA and/or MBA desired.
- 4-6 years of industry experience in operational and financial restructuring, accounting, or finance at a major accounting or restructuring firm.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding situations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
