Rowen Fletcher Promoted From Senior Associate to Director at MCA

MCA Financial Group is pleased to announce that Rowen Fletcher has joined the firm as a Director. With a proven background in finance, real estate, private equity, and M&A, Rowen offers a unique mix of analytical strength, strategic insight, and collaborative energy that aligns with MCA’s commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Throughout his career, Rowen has consistently shown a passion for solving complex problems, a gift for communication, and a detail-oriented approach to valuation and modeling. His promotion into a leadership role reflects not only his financial expertise, but also his ability to lead, mentor, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Rowen’s early career includes internships and analyst roles across a diverse range of financial environments, from commercial real estate to private equity and investment management. While serving as a Capital Markets Intern, he underwrote real estate transactions and built fluency in Argus and CoStar. Later, as an M&A Business Development Analyst, he helped identify and track more than 1,000 acquisition targets, translating findings into visual, decision-ready formats.

During his time as an Investment Student Analyst, Rowen researched both equity and fixed-income opportunities, produced market-responsive pitch decks, and honed his communication skills through client-facing presentations and relationship management.

Rowen earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and his Master of Science in Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. During his academic journey, he was a standout student: a member of the Dean’s List with Distinction, recipient of the Allsup Engagement Award and the Fielding-Singh Senior Award, and recognized as an Eller Centurion Honorary. He also served as a Capital Markets Scholar in the Wall Street Scholars Professional Development Program, where he later mentored younger cohorts.

As a Director at MCA, Rowen will continue to lead with intelligence, curiosity, and a focus on delivering thoughtful financial strategies for clients navigating pivotal decisions.
