With more than two decades of experience in litigation consulting, risk and resilience analysis, and the application of economics and finance to complex disputes, Kelley brings a wealth of expertise to the firm’s growing team.
Kelley specializes in quantifying damages in commercial disputes and intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright infringement. Her background also encompasses extensive work in data breach and data privacy damages, fraud investigations, and royalty audits.
Prior to joining MCA, Kelley served as a Director at GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, where she led engagements involving pretrial discovery, economic modeling, mediation support, and testimony preparation. She is recognized for her ability to manage all phases of client relationships, from project strategy through execution, while delivering thorough and defensible analyses for her clients.
