ABOUT LIAM
Liam Boyce is an Associate with MCA, bringing strong analytical rigor and a growing foundation in financial advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, and data-driven decision-making. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Finance at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he maintains a perfect 4.00 GPA and is scheduled to graduate in May 2026.
Liam’s professional experience includes serving as an Engagement Financial Advisor with Deloitte, where he supported engagement teams by building and refining pricing models, analyzing labor mix and overhead assumptions, and preparing financial summaries and partner reporting. His work helped improve engagement transparency and margin performance through clear communication of key metrics and timely reporting.
Previously, Liam gained exposure to private equity and M&A processes as an Equity Analyst Intern with IndustryPro. In this role, he evaluated and sourced acquisition targets within the software sector, conducted market research, and supported deal pipeline development by qualifying high-potential companies for private equity clients. Earlier in his career, Liam worked with Boyce Financial Group as a Client Relations Specialist, where he managed client communications, updated financial records, and supported operational workflows within advisory platforms.
Liam has earned multiple academic honors and scholarships, including the President’s Award and the New American University Scholarship, and is a recipient of a congressional nomination to the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has also completed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Exam and continues to expand his technical skill set through applied business data analytics coursework.
Outside of work and academics, Liam enjoys exercising, golfing, and exploring classic music and films.
