About Kelley

 

Kelley Gastineau is a Managing Director at MCA Financial Group, bringing more than two decades of experience in litigation consulting, financial advisory services, and risk and resilience consulting. She specializes in applying economics, finance, and accounting to complex business litigation matters, assisting clients and their legal counsel through all phases of pretrial and trial practice.

Her expertise includes the quantification of damages in commercial disputes and intellectual property cases, such as patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright infringement. Kelley has also led investigations and analyses related to data breach, data privacy, royalty audits, and fraud. In addition to her litigation work, she advises municipalities and private-sector clients on risk and resilience matters, including enterprise risk management, cybersecurity compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, and operational resilience.

Before joining MCA, Kelley served as Director at GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, and previously held senior roles with Nathan Associates, Moss Adams, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout her career, she has combined deep technical expertise with leadership, mentoring junior professionals, leading client engagements, and contributing to firmwide initiatives.

Kelley earned her B.A. in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine. She is actively involved in professional organizations and has held leadership positions with the Turnaround Management Association and GlassRatner’s Women’s Network Executive Committee.

When not working, Kelley enjoys the art of cooking, playing golf, crossword puzzles, and boating with her family.
